New Furnace at ELG Carrs

Completion of a 2nd 5t HF furnace coupled with the existing unit & new switchgear will give ELG the most modern worldwide unit increasing output by 50%!

HRH The Duke of York visited the Templeborough works site of ELG Haniel Metals Ltd on Thursday 9th October 2008.


ELG ACQUIRES SHEARER MORMET LTD - 01/10/2008
With effect from 1st October 2008, Shearer Mormet Ltd in Glasgow was acquired by ELG Haniel Metals Ltd, the UK arm of the global ELG Haniel Group. The acquisition will strengthen ELG’s capabilities as a leading supplier of raw materials to the Steel Industry.


TEMPLEBOROUGH WORKS FACILITY UPGRADES
New state of the art purpose built lab facilities.

Provision of a brand new welfare and amenity block including showers, changing rooms, canteen and First Aid facilities.
