Based at our Sheffield Head Office, our Transport and Shipping Department have many years experience in both national and international logistics.

We at ELG Haniel Metals Ltd operate our own wide range of vehicles allowing us to cater for all of your needs. These include bulk tippers, flat vehicles, skip loaders and roll-on-off, all instantly recognisable in our own livery, providing security and peace of mind.

With regards to international shipments our own haulage arrangements ensure the timely movements to and from the quay negating demurrage and delays to payment.

ELG ACQUIRES SHEARER MORMET LTD - 01/10/2008
With effect from 1st October 2008, Shearer Mormet Ltd in Glasgow was acquired by ELG Haniel Metals Ltd, the UK arm of the global ELG Haniel Group. The acquisition will strengthen ELG’s capabilities as a leading supplier of raw materials to the Steel Industry.

New state of the art purpose built lab facilities.
